Step 3: Submission
Step 3 requires you to complete a form by December 9, 2019, as well as include attachments that demonstrate your accomplishments. This includes: two to four pictures and an optional project video (maximum of three minutes).
The submission form also includes a log you are required to use to track your volunteer hours. You will use this form as you do your project to track the dates of your project activities, who was involved, the number of hours, and what activities occurred.
For each entry, only one person needs to submit an application. If you are entering as a small team or large team, the person submitting the application on behalf of the team will be the contact person for that entry.
